Contact person's org name autocomplete misbehaving

A user has reported different behavior in firefox/chrome; when it works (in firefox) it shows the whole "complex field" (including, name, email) not just the org name

I couldn't get the autocomplete to appear in either of the browsers

I looked into this. Here's what I found:

The root cause is that the Czech and English submission forms are configured differently for the contact person's organization field.

English (submission-forms.xml)	input-type = text (no autocomplete)
Czech (submission-forms_cs.xml)	input-type = autocomplete

So when you use the Czech UI, the field becomes an autocomplete that searches the full contact record (givenname;surname;email;affiliation). That's why you see suggestions like Johnny walker;Doe;john.doe@example.org;Test Institution instead of just the organization name.
