We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.2.0 of UFS_UTILS.

The UFS_UTILS project contains utilities for the NCEP models. This is part of the NCEPLIBS project.

• Updates to the original GEFS v12 tag.
• From Walter: updates to ./ush/global_chgres_driver.sh optionally skip processing of surface/nst data.
• Update chgres_cube build on Cray and Dell to point to official versions of ESMF.
