Change of CCPP metadata for CCPP error handling variable

This information is for CCPP physics developers.

With PR #1013, an update of the metadata of one of the CCPP error handling variables is made: The standard name and unit of CCPP error flag/code variable is updated in all metadata files. This is done to better reflect the meaning of the variable (given that it is an integer and not a logical), in preparation for the new CCPP framework code generator, and for future updates to the error handling (when other error codes than "zero = no error" and "one = error" may be introduced). Note that for now we did not change the local names in the physics schemes (errflg).
