Create C1152 case for weekly RTs

Description

The creation of a C1152 test case was requested. This testcase should emulate the C1152 case that is run by GW. The namelist options will be identical and this should help with C1152 case testing on UFS develop. The idea is to catch potential issues with the current UFS develop before GW is ready to update their hash and run into the same potential issues.

Solution

Create a C1152 case. This will not be added to the regression test suite.

@gspetro-NOAA The test was committed, but there is no current weekly testing, is that right? If not, will you be creating a follow-on issue to actually implement the weekly tests?

The file list for comparison is still empty in all the test files, so of course all the tests will pass right now because no test is comparing to any other test.

@DeniseWorthen I can do that. I had actually meant to discuss with the other CMs what they want to do re: weekly testing. Just start running the weekly tests (e.g., on Fridays)? To run them, I don't think an issue is required. We just start doing it. But it sounds like it would be pointless without updating the test file list, at which point we should make an issue. I'll discuss at the daily CM meeting and create an issue or get back to you.
