Feature Request: Add more options to the notifications

I would like more customisations to the notifications to either enable or disable them, as they can be quite intrusive.

Especially the "download complete" one.  It's always in the top-right corner and interferes with my browsing as browsers tend to keep the tabs right-aligned.

It hinders my browsing/downloading - surely I'm not the only person who thinks that.
