[FEATURE] Partial serial search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the search field when looking up a device, I'm unable to put a partial serial # to retrieve devices. Currently I have to put in the exact device name in order to get the results I'm looking for.

The ability to use a partial serial and get a list of those devices
