Customizer for UIkit 3

UIkit 3 site does not have a Customizer like what UIkit 2 site had. https://getuikit.com/v2/docs/customizer.html

I would like to contribute code for a style customizer feature if that is something you would consider since I had already created one a few years ago for my personal WordPress page builder.
