Allow partial V or J gene match

Partial matches with V or J gene names could optionally be allowed, perhaps based on prefix matches in the gene name. Need investigate further.

Perhaps one could specify one or more characters, e.g. -, that separate gene family, name, and allele. Partial matches at some levels may be accepted.
