This might be similar to 608, where the reporting page was taking too long to load.

I think the issue is caused by attempting to load the full list of contact information on one single page(names, email, etc.) It would be helpful to have the list be treated like the Reports page, with date filtering and pagination.

I don't believe many users rely on this list, but I find it helpful to track down contacts where the emailed licenced has failed to send.
