RYU_OPTIMIZE_SIZE for d2fixed #241
Description
Is there a version of d2fixed that supports RYU_OPTIMIZE_SIZE? We've noticed that the lookup tables are significantly increasing the binary size and would be willing to trade-off between speed and code size.
