Is it possible to have a pattern "it is always the case that once "R" holds for at least "5" time units, then "S" holds afterwards" (analogous to ResponseBoundL1, but with "once" instead of "if")?

This is a pattern that I often think would be useful. Instead, I usually use TriggerResponseBoundL1 with something that makes sense for "S".
