Startup fails if custom config file does not contain FEATURE_VARIABLE_DESCRIPTION_HIGHLIGHTING

If one already have a config file that is older than the variable highlighting the startup of hanfor fails.

All other uses of config parameters uses app.config which prevents this errors.
