Gulp 4 version

Hi, I'm struggling for weeks to migrate the gulpfile to gulp 4. Especially the watch-tasks arent working anymore... Could someone help me out here?

Hey! I also have a problem. My snag is about "Requiring external module babel-register". I tried to make some help in the web but got nothing. I updated all packages also. Thanks in advance.
