An option to reset the File cache

Hello!

If I change a file from disk (e.g. .css or .js) with my application running and I recreate my Browser inside the application, my page will still load and display the old ones. The problem doesn't seem to happen with .html files, only with .js and .css (at least).

I'd like to have an option to force the cache to be reset, or if there is something I can do to achieve that currently

Sure, makes sense-- I can add an option for a force reload (ignoring cache).
