How could I create a final setup file to deliver to end user?

Thanks for the good framework, I really love this. 

Is there any official document to make a deliverable setup file to end-user or I will use a third party framework? Checked the simple "quick-start" build folder show me ~200MB for Linux OS. Should I bundle everything inside the build folder?
