Throttling Umami Updates

I have a mapping website that updates the url depending on the coordinates of what the user is looking at, something very similar to this: https://basemaps.linz.govt.nz/@-39.3062434,174.0566969,z13.40,b12.9,p66?terrain=LINZ-Terrain&labels=true

As you rotate or move around the map, the URL Updates. It looks like every update triggers a Umami send.

Is there a way to throttle this in a configuration option somewhere?
