What is the Speculation Rules API?

If the Speculation Rules API is used to prerender pages, it will trigger Umami's analytics script, resulting in false page view statistics.

"Including prerender rules... will cause supporting browsers to fetch, render, and load the content into an invisible tab... This includes loading all subresources, running all JavaScript, and even loading subresources and performing data fetches started by JavaScript."

Is it possible to add support for the Speculation Rules API?
