Include icon-stretch-vertical

I noticed Umbraco includes icon-stretch-horizontal from Lucide icons, but not icon-stretch-vertical.

I have seen a few other scenarios, where I think it makes sense to include the opposite version of the icon as well.

E.g. we have icon-eye where I think it makes sense to include eye-off.
