Maintenance Page During Regular Deployments

Hello, we've ran into issues where deployments to our Live environment fail and bring our site down. We would have to redeploy or restart the environment to get the site back up. Is there any way there could be a "undergoing maintenance" page so that if our site is down, our users can be informed that we're in the process of bringing it back up? We don't want our users to encounter a broken site.
