Focus keeps jumping to first error field

Bug summary

Most likely also caused on 14 and 15.

When clicking Save and Publish, the User should focus on the first invalid field. This works just fine. But I cannot make changes to the Document Name without the focus again and again jumping down to the invalid field. Something must be triggering the focus again that it should not. Maybe it is specific to the Name input I have not tested firmly jet.
