Collection View fails in the creation process

Bug summary

When creating a Document Type with a Collection as the primary Workspace View, then I get an error cause the item is not yet available on the server.

Specifics

Steps to reproduce

Create a document type with no properties and add a Collection and add one possible child type.

Expected result / actual result

no error, just information that there is no children. (as that is expected when the item is new and not yet created)
