Remove UmbrellaForwardedHeaderNames constants class

Deleted UmbrellaForwardedHeaderNames.cs, which defined constants for custom Azure Front Door HTTP headers (X-AFD-Fowarded-Host and X-AFD-Verification-Token). This removes related documentation and header name definitions from the codebase.
