Support .vtt subtitles, jump to scene when clicking subtitles & vocabulary to add words

Three separate issues into one:

1. Support vtt format

2. Jump to scene when clicking on the subtitles next to the video

3. Have an easy way (for example right click) to add words to a list.

Thanks for the great programme, shame it can't run on linux.
