How much spam do larger sites get? (with anonymous)

I am setting up Remark42 for a small site but wondering how much spam is a problem for larger sites using anon mode?
I'm aware of #1019.

@umputun owns quite a big site with comments, and judging by the telegram feed, there is no spam from bots yet, which likely means that the system is too small for spammers to notice.
