Remove reference to taxonomy example from top section. (#504)

Fixes #366 by updating the top section to refer to the now-released
0.6.1 svc context, schema and sample instance, rather than the generated
taxonomy structure and vocabulary (which is still used further down the
page under the "Conformity topic classification" heading.

Other changes are either typos (adding missing non-trailing space) or my
editor removing trailing spaces.
