[SUGGESTION] Custom Volume Flyout

Hello, I've recently started to use your app and is a win for me!
At the same time, I have a suggestion that I hope is not very difficult to implement.
For a little bit of background, I use the app 3RVX (discontinued since 2016) that replaces the default Windows Flyout volume. What I would like to see is a little more customization like change the default 2% step increments/decrements of volume to a custom value (I use 6,25% steps that makes 16 steps from 0 to 100).
I also have hotkeys to adjust the volume in 3RVX that lets me use, beside Media Keys, for example, Win + Mouse Scroll (up, down, middle to mute).
I don't know if I'm asking too much but really would like to see these features all integrated at the same app.
