[Feature Request]: Streamable HTTP Transport for MCP

What needs to be done?

Amazing work adding the sse transport for crawl4ai - with the introduction of the new HTTP Transport the old SSE transport seems to be getting deprecated. It would be nice to support the new /mcp endpoint supporting that.

What problem does this solve?

HTTP+SSE transport from protocol version 2024-11-05 is getting deprecated and this would make crawl4ai MCP transport more straight forward
