Add URL parameter in static mode to set visibility of dashboard

This logic is already present in the story maps. It would be useful if it could be added to the Share tool in order to set the visibility of the dashboard of the view(s) that are shared in static mode. 

Options would be:
- opened (default)
- closed
- disabled
