Country highlight dropdown capped at 10 selections in the Project configuration modal

In the Project configuration modal, the dropdown used to define the countries highlighted on the map is limited to 10 selections. This cap didn’t exist before and prevents highlighting more than 10 countries. Users should be able to select any number of countries required by their project.
