Projects are being backed up to two different folders

In addition to the .../translatioStudio/backups folder they are also being written to the ...download/translationStudio folder. Since this later folder is the default target for exporting project files, it is confusing to the user to see all of the extra projects there.

@cckozie it's for redundancy. Most users will not (should not) be looking inside ../translationStudio and if they do its their fault.
