Not all resources are showing in projects after upgrade from 9.0

Uninistalled tS and deleted both translationStudio folders to simulate empty environment.
Installed v9.0 from the Play Store
Created a 1ch and psa projects in v9 with English ULB as source
Downloaded, installed, and ran travis build 1261
In Psalms, Words are the only resources being displayed

In 1ch, some chunks are missing Words, all (or most) are missing Questions

After reopening Psalms, now Words and Questions are showing, but not Notes

Closing and reopening a second time made no difference
Force stopping the app made no difference.
Downloaded the 1ch and psa English ULB
Now some chunks have all associated resource in psa, but some still do not. Couldn't find any in 1ch that were all being displayed.

I followed your steps except I installed build 1269 and all the resources are displayed correctly.
