Problems with screen rotation when in search mode

Open a project in portrait mode, enter a search criteria that has multiple hits in the project, use the down arrow to proceed to a chunk somewhere in the middle of the project.
Rotate the device to landscape mode and you will see multiple problems:

1. The keyboard is popped up
2. Only the down arrow is displayed even though there are hits above the displayed chunk(s)
3. Clicking the down arrow scrolls to the first chunk that contains the search text found, not the next one.

@cckozie - android does not have a reliable way of determining if the soft-keyboard is up. So I will default to not having it shown after rotation. This seems to be less annoying than having it always come up.

The other items look doable.
