When in Project Review mode, the button associated with the current displayed data should be inactive

Currently all 3 buttons are active all of the time which can be confusing. With the project chunk data being displayed, I was expecting that clicking on the Project button would take me into the project. 
Clicking the Project button makes the touch click sound but nothing happens. I think it would be better to set the button to inactive.
