Problems updating source text

Did clean install of v9 from Play Store.
Created a couple projects, then upgraded to travis build 1269.
Did some testing of other issues, saw no problems.
Created a Numbers project using the English ULB and did some testing looking for problems with resources
Found some Words out of order which didn't concern me since I had not done a source update after doing the upgrade
Ran the Update List of Available Source Texts (indicated lots of new/updated ones)
Opened the Numbers project and clicked the select source folder icon
Clicked the circular arrow next to the English ULB in the Selected group
The downloading dialog was displayed, but soon after the popcorn message indicated a failure
I went into settings to see if there was anything in the log. Nothing other than missing manifest file messages
Went back to the source selection screen and now the circular arrow is gone from the English ULB
English ULB is selected, but clicking CONFIRM takes me the the mostly blank "Choose source translation(s)... message as was written up in #1955
I cannot get into the project even if I choose another source (downloaded and tried the UDB and another non-English language)

I went into the Download Available Source Texts menu, downloaded the English ULB, and now I can get into the project.

@neutrinog - I was able to see this problem also when I updated 1ch.

@neutrinog - I tried to create a Numbers project using the latest develop branch (no update sources). I tried to select en ulb. But it showed only chapter numbers in read mode. When I exited the read mode, and then selected the project again. It gets me into the same continual loop choosing of source translation. Looking in the resource folder "en_num_ulb" i see the chapters created, but no content. Is the resource that is packaged with the app broken?

@neutrinog - I downloaded available source texts - numbers ULB and UDB and this fixed the problem.

I then checked the 1ch project i had had problems with before and there was a zero byte file where the folder should be. I didn't have permission to delete it until i rebooted the device. It looks like failed downloads or unpacks can leave the resources in a broken state.

wonder if the zero byte file was due to a file not being closed?

We recently made some fixes to the downloading so that files are deleted if the download fails. Have you check this with the latest build?

@cckozie fixed a few things here. A bug in the file cleanup operation after downloads, and added support to clean up invalid/corrupt source files so they can be downloaded again.
