Device is stuck with Updating dialog displayed

After testing on issue #2004 with the download of the English OBS source successful, I clicked the Select All box and then the Download button. In the middle of the download I rotated the device from portrait to landscape. The download continued and ended successfully. I then rotated the device back to portrait mode, when back to Choose a Category, chose New Testament, then selected the English ULB and UDB for Mark. Clicked the Download button and the Updating dialog appeared. The app is now frozen with the dialog on the screen. Clicking Cancel just redisplays the Updating dialog. I'll seen a feedback hoping that the log file will help. (issue #2020)

@cckozie I cannot reproduce this. There have been some improvements to this area of the app. Can you try it again to see if this is still an issue?
