Verse markers get inserted in wrong chunk

I've run into the situation several times when dragging verse markers the underlying chunk cards get scrolled and a copy of the verse marker gets inserted in the wrong chunk. It does clean itself up later, but is not desired behavior. (see the \v 4 in verse 3 of chunk 1)
