Import data from XLS

Should it be possible to import generic XLS in flat format. Country Offices could have list of beneficiaries in externally provided formats (Governments, Partners, other NGOs, etc.)

• the target model is the individual
• the user should select the Progam, the uploaded data should be linked and the mapping between the xls column names and the program fields defined in the linked DataChecker ( the Individual Datachecker linked to the selected Program).

DataChecker is not used in this phase to "validate" data but only to get the list of "known" fields
