FEAT: Discord bot for Kindly

Look into building a Discord bot that would flag any messages that have cyberbullying intent.
Bot would analyse new messages and either post a comment or reaction to flag any cyberbullying.
Link to contribution - to increase awareness and reach.

Find partners who use Discord (particularly with children/teens/young adults), who would be willing to add the bot to their channel.

Waiting on permissions to be granted for the Discord bot on the Azure console.
Will then be able to test and do the final touches!
