Support Unicity Certificates in inclusion proofs

Implement processing of Unicity Certificates in inclusion/exclusion proof verification.

Tested locally with GO aggregator running in HA mode with commit f8fff8fac5997f9ea83e8b095c4166cb8e51f7d7 and state transition sdk with commit fd1f327.

If I will specify correct trust base then verification is passed , but if different trust based provided, then verification fail which cause tests to fail with error:
Invalid inclusion proof status: NOT_AUTHENTICATED
