Pre packaged data?

Going through the tutorial. Is there any plan for something like icu_provider_fs with data to be pre packaged and downloadable somewhere?

Yes, absolutely. I am actively working on this. Main issues:

• How should we build static data? #78 (load data from memory buffer without touching filesystem)
• Implement language pack file layout for the data provider #211 (add tooling for language packs)
