github_webhook push event does not rebuild branches or tags

Currently the push event only updates cached pages (ie: CONTRIBUTE.md):
https://github.com/dreditor/dreditor.org/blob/7.x/sites/all/modules/custom/dreditor_org/dreditor_org.module#L370-L386

This needs to be extended to rebuild the branches and tags.
