[BUG] - Not able to execute Rules once rule setup

Once we have setup the rules in the group, we are not able to show to the users..
Anyone just type /rules should be able to see all the rules which admin has added.

Update: The problem was caused by some special characters in the rules

please let me know which character is this so that we can avoid it next time until bug fixed.
