I am writing to request a review of tokenrebalancer.com, which appears to have been flagged incorrectly as a scam or phishing site. I would like to provide context and evidence that this is a legitimate project.

tokenrebalancer.com is a DeFi tool for automated token portfolio rebalancing on the Base network (Ethereum L2). The project is currently in closed beta and under active development.

How it works:
Users connect their Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) using the standard WalletConnect protocol — the same technology used by Uniswap, Aave, and all major DeFi platforms. Once connected, users can create token pairs and set price or ratio-based triggers for automatic swaps. Swaps are executed through the LI.FI DEX aggregator, routing through SushiSwap, Uniswap V3, Aerodrome, and other decentralized exchanges on Base.

Security and transparency:

• The site never asks for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords of any kind.
• There is no login, registration, or account system — only a standard wallet connection.
• The smart contract (RebalancerVault) is publicly deployed and fully verified on BaseScan:

• Users can deposit tokens into the vault and withdraw at any time — there is no lock-up and no admin control over user funds.
• The contract is built with audited OpenZeppelin libraries (Ownable, SafeERC20, ReentrancyGuard) and covered by 47 unit tests.
• Swaps are executed only through a whitelisted target (LI.FI Diamond contract) — no arbitrary external calls are possible.

This site does NOT:

• Ask for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords
• Promise airdrops, guaranteed returns, or giveaways
• Impersonate any existing token or protocol
• Collect any personal data

The full source code of the smart contract is open and verifiable on BaseScan. This project is developed and maintained by an independent developer, currently in the beta testing phase (v2.0.0-beta.4).
