ApplicationDocument response is not up to date

Hi Unit team, I can see that the ApplicationDocument response has the nationality included when ducmentType == passport, however, this is not mentioned on the docs, or in the types definition here.

Can we please update the ApplicationDocument type values as these are critical for onboarding customers.
