Problem
On Gitlab (and I assume on github too) it's hard to tell whether Osmia is picking up comments we leave in MRs.
I'm left wondering whether Osmia is working or I did something wrong.
Proposed Solution
Coderabbit adds a 👀 reaction to a comment when it's processing it (and removes after processing). So as soon as it picks it up, tags comment with a 👀 , does the work, and then removes the reaction.
