Make Discord bot to announce new Merit bounties

I haven't tried any integrations for GH bots on Discord, but I'm pretty sure this should be possible. It would be nice to automatically announce on our #ucc channel if a new bounty has been created.

I'd like to work on this bounty. I can implement a Discord bot that announces new merit bounties to your #ucc channel. Can you provide the Discord channel ID and bot token, or should I create a standalone bot that can be invited?
