Where to get your GPG key to verify git tags?

You seems you sign your tags, which is very good practice. But where to find your GPG key to verify them?

1. Not published on github: https://github.com/universal-ctags.gpg or https://github.com/masatake.gpg

3. Using gpg tool does not locate a valid key:
