InputOverlay is not drawn while 3D Effect On.

**Describe the bug**
When 3D Effect is on, InputOverlay is not drawn on the preview screen.
This occurs when 3D Effect is in perspective mode.

**To Reproduce**
Turn on 3D Effects (perspective mode).

**Additional information:**
- Plugin version: 5.05/5.06
- OBS version: 30.2.3

Since I'm using 3D Effect, I can't determine which one is the problem, but I thought I'd report it anyway.
