Fresh copy of 5.1.0 won't store "Regex for window titles"

I installed fresh copy of 5.1.0, which initially didn't create the C:\Users\kirbo\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\plugin_config\input-overlay\filters.json file, therefore I had to manually create it but now I'm facing an issue that the plugin won't persist the Enable regex for window titles at all, so I have to manually re-enable it every time I launch OBS.

Is there some other files I need to manually create, in order to get this plugin to persist the settings I've done?

Hi, this seems to persist the regex, but does not capture any inputs anymore and now I'm getting this error:

Did the format change again?

Funnily, now that I installed the older 5.1.0 version back, the regex (as well as input captures) appears to be working, even tho the setting is again unchecked.

Well, noticed that the ARC Raiders doesn't still get picked up by the plugin, even when the Regex is checked. I have to manually add the title to the selected programs every time I launch OBS. And for some reason, the ARC Raiders gets written in weird form in the JSON:
