Windows deadkeys not working anymore with this plugin

Describe the bug
When "mouse and keyboard hook"is enabled. Windows deadkeys won't work anymore. So when pressing ' + e, it should make: é.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add United states international keyboard layout
2. Enable mouse and keyboard hook
3. press: ' + e

Expected behavior
It should create é, but it won't because of this plugin.

Input overlay doesn't handle input hooking, it's handled by libuiohook

Input hooking is done by libuiohook. The pre-release uses a newer fork.

Updating to 5.1.0 fixed it for me.

Have you tested if disabling the mouse and keyboard hook restores the deadkey functionality? Since @TheLeank mentioned that updating to version 5.1.0 resolved their issue, it might be worth checking if this version changes how the hook interacts with keyboard layouts.
